Welcome to Hinkle Creek Elementary School

Welcome back!!

I hope that everyone has spent time relaxing with their families over the summer and is rejuvenated for an exciting return to school.
We are expecting another fantastic year at Hinkle Creek Elementary School and hope to see everyone shortly at our home away from home. A special welcome to our new students, parents, and staff for the 2010-2011 school year. Everyone anticipates this year to be filled with high-level educational experiences combined with enthusiastic approaches to learning. Just a reminder that a successful learning environment is only as good as the level of cooperation between home and school. Parent involvement is expected at our school and we hope you will join with us as we aim for the future!

State law requires up-to-date immunization records be on file at school

Superintendent Dr. Libbie Conner has granted a 20-day waiver that gives parents until September 10 to provide updated records of their children's immunizations. The State of Indiana expanded its list of immunizations required for students in grades 6-12 this year.
